Community Philanthropy

Cordão de Ouro Atlanta believs in giving back to the community in which we live and play. For this reason CDO Atlanta engages in various philanthropic activities throughout the year.

The creation of a more equal, just, and healthy society begins with our children. In partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Atlanta, CDO Atlanta teaches free weekly classes to children ages 6-12. The youth participating in these classes have the opportunity to participate in the annual CDO Atlanta batizado in order to earn their cord.

We invite you to sponsor one or more children for our this annual event. The cost to sponsor each child is $50, which supplies the child with a group uniform, a cord, and certificate of achievement. In return for your tax-deductible donation, CDO Atlanta will place your company logo on our website and will include your company name in our event program under the section of child sponsors. In addition, CDO Atlanta welcomes contributions in any amount to defray the costs associated with this philanthropic endeavor.
